Membership Affairs Manager

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the Membership Administration such as Application Processing, Member Recruitment, Orientation and Database Maintenance
  • Responsible for the PR-Media activities of the Club such as Newsletter Publication (including article writing and layout), Media Relations, External/Merchant Affiliations and official company correspondences
  • Spearhead Club events including event conceptualization, collaterals and sponsorships ensuring high member/guest participation
  • Responsible in monitoring Club Membership dues and delinquent accounts
  • Responsible for the implementation of Club policies and ensures that the same is being followed and updated regularly
  • Update membership activity and hotel programs, promotions, advertising and provide feedback as necessary to relevant departments
Job Specification:
  • Graduate of Marketing/Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Membership Affairs Manager in a hotel/resort industry
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Age 28 to 35 with pleasing personality
  • Place of Assignment: Cebu
