Responsible for the Membership Administration such as Application Processing, Member Recruitment, Orientation and Database Maintenance
Responsible for the PR-Media activities of the Club such as Newsletter Publication (including article writing and layout), Media Relations, External/Merchant Affiliations and official company correspondences
Spearhead Club events including event conceptualization, collaterals and sponsorships ensuring high member/guest participation
Responsible in monitoring Club Membership dues and delinquent accounts
Responsible for the implementation of Club policies and ensures that the same is being followed and updated regularly
Update membership activity and hotel programs, promotions, advertising and provide feedback as necessary to relevant departments
Graduate of Marketing/Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Membership Affairs Manager in a hotel/resort industry
Excellent written and communication skills
Must be customer service oriented
Age 28 to 35 with pleasing personality
Place of Assignment: Cebu
